Innovation Process / Open Innovation
After clarifying your innovation challenges and identifying the internal and external stakeholders in the innovation process, we define with you the validation rules for at each phase of the innovation process and formalize the roles and responsibilities of each party as well as the arbitration procedures. We assist you in setting up an Innovation Committee and in holding the first sessions.
Set-Up of an Innovation Lab
We assist you in defining the stakes, rules and KPI’s of the Lab, in setting up the Lab team, we define with you the selection criteria to onboard Start-Up’s, the communication package regarding the creation of the Lab, we formalize the call for applications. We can also assist you in the implementation and formalize the feedback after 6 / 12 / 18 months.
Product and Service Development with the Agile Method
We build with you the project team gathering the stakeholders within the company (Marketing, R&D, Production, Finance, …), moderate the development sessions (sprints) on the selected projects, assist the team in the formalization of the “user stories” and in the definition of the “MVP” (Minimum Viable Product) requirement levels We ensure that your innovation process allows for product improvement beyond the initial launch.
